~ the Secured Indebtedness or any intarest of the Mortyage~ in
the Mbil-yayc~d property; {1) Qremium~ on policies of ~ire, flood
and other hazard insurance covering the Mortgaged Property, aa
Iequired herein; and (3) other sums ~elated to the MortgageA
~Propetty or the Secured Indebtedness payable by the Mort9aqor.
The Mortgaqor shall promptly deliver to the Mortgaqee receipta
' showing payment in full ot all ot the above items which ~re not
paid from any escrow account which mey be eatablished.
