(f) ~aht to Contest. Nothing in khia ~e~tion sh811

~ the MbYiydy~r by thia Section so long aa the Mortgagor shall in
= good faith and at its own eapense contest the same or the
E validity thereof by ap~r~pria~e leqai proceedinga whi~ch ehall
operate La p~~~ent the collection thereof or other zealization
thereon and the sale or forfeiture of the Mortgaqed Property or
any part thereof ta satisfy the aame. During such contest the
~ Mo~tgagor shall, at the option of the Mortyaqee, provide
; security aatisfactory to the Martgaqee, assuring the afscharge
E of the Mortgagor's obligation hereunder and of any addi~ionel
~ cherge, penalty or eapense ariainq from or incurred as a reeult

f Section 3.3 Insuran~e
(s) ~y~s~_cove~a_ae~. Tt?e Mortgaqor will, at the
Mortgagor's sole cost and eapense, maintain or cause to ba
maintained with respect to the Mortgaged Property, and ebch

(i) Insurancs egain~t loas or d~maqe to the
Mortgaged Property by fire and any of the riska Covered by
` insurance of the tyge now known as "all risk covereqe", in an
' amount not less than the original amount of the Note or the
