thereof by the Mortqeqa~, thdn the Mortgayor shall indemnify,

If the Mortgagee commencea en aCtion againat the Mortqayac tu
enforce eny of the terme~ hexevf or becauae ot Lhe l~Lr~c:t~ Vy the
Mortgaqor of any of the terma hereof, or for the rocovery o!
any portion of thc Secured Indebtedneas, the Mvrtyagor shell
pay to tha Mortgegee its reasonable ettorneya' tees an0
expensea, and the righ~ ~o such attorr~~ya' leea and expenses
shall bc c~eemed to have accrue~ on the comm~sncement ot suCb

diacharged tram lhr ~,ic~ceeds o~ the Seeured Indebtedness enA
even khough such prior liens t~evr }~dan releasea OL reCOtd, the
repayment ot the N~te ahall be seCUred by tsuch liens on the
portion of i.he Mortyaged Property aftected thereby to the
