herea£ter ezisting or now owned or hereafter acquired, of every ~
kind and description, tangible or intangible, now or hereafter
in the possession, custody or control of the Secured Party,
including, but not limited to, the balance of every deposit
account, now or hereafter eaisting of the Debtor with the
Secured Party or any other claim of the Debtor against the
Secured Party, now or hereafter eaisting.
Together with:
i All rights, title and interest of the Debtor in and to the
minerals, soil, flowers, shrubs, crops, trees, timber and other
emblements now or hereafter on the property legally described
! in Eahibit "A" attached hereto (herein referred to as the
"Property") or under or above the same or any part or parcel
; thereof .

E All contract rights, goods, general intangibles, chattel
; paper, documents, instruments, liquor licenses, furniture,
i furnishings, machinery, apparatus, equipment, fittings,
' fiatures, and other personal property whether actually or
constructively attached to the Property and including all
~ trade, domestic and ornamental figtures and articles of
i personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever now or
hereafter located in, upon or under the Property or any part
; thereof and used or usable in connection with any present or
F future operation of the Property and now owned or hereafter
~ acquired by the Debtor, including, but not limited to, al.l
~ heating, air conditioning, freezing, lighting, laundry,
$ incinerating and power equipment; engines; pipes, pumps; tanks;
~ motors; conduits; switchboards; plumbing, lifting, cleaning,
~ fire prevention, fire egtinguishing, refrigerating, ventilating
~ and communications apparatus; boilers, ranges, furnaces,
~ conditioning apparatus; vacuum cleaning systems; elevators;
~ escalators; shades; awnings; screens; storm doors and windows;
; stoves; wall beds; refrigerators; attached cabinets;
~ partitions; ducts and compressors; rugs and carpets; draperies;
~ furniture and furnishings; together with all building materials
~ and equipment now or hereafter delivered to the Property and
intended to be installed therein, including but not limited to,
, lumber, plaster, cement, shingles, roofing, plumbing, fixtures,
pipe, lath, walltile, water heaters, screens, window frames,
glass doors, flooring, heating and ventilating appliances and
equipment, kitchen goods, hotel goods, restaurant goods, bar
goods, tools, lawn equipment, floor coverings, and elevators;
_ together with all proceeds, additions, improvements and
~ accessions thereto and replacements or substitutions thereof.
