or the use or construction of development improvements on the
Property, whether heretofore or hereafter issued or eaecuted.

All contracts, subcontracts, agreements, service
agreements, warranties and purchase orders which heretofore or
h~reinafter eaecuted by or on behalf of the Debtor, or ~
heretofore or hereinafter assigned to the Debtor, in connection
with the use, operation and maintenance of the Property, or the
use or construction of development improvements on the Property.
All reservations, contracts and agreements heretofore or
hereafter executed by or on behalf of the Debtor in connection
with the sale of any portion of the Property.
Together with all instruments, documents, chattel papers
and general intangibles relating to or arising from the
foregoinq collateral and all cash and noncash proceeds and
products thereof.
