SATISFACTION OF 1KORTGAGL
HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America (the "Mortgagee") being the owner and holder of that
certain Mortgage eaecuted by SOUTHERN EAGLE DISTRIBUTING, INC., a
Missouri corporation authorized to transact business in Florida,
to the Mortgagee dated September 30, 1986 and recorded on
September 30, 1986 in Official Records Hook 515, Page 2736, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Mortgage")
securing two certain Term Promissory Notes, each in the original
principal amount of $2,250,000.00 and one certain Open End Credit
Promissory Note in the original principal amount of $6Q0,000, for
an aggregate indebtedness of $5,100,Q00.00 (hereinafter
collectively referred to as the "Note") and certain obligations
contained in the Mortgage encumbering the following described
property:

i Mortgage and surrenders the same as cancelled and hereby directs
the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.

; This Sat~sfaction of Mortgage also satisfies, releases,
E terminates and discharges as a lien or encumberance against the
above-described property the following documents which were
; contemporaneously eaecuted and recorded with the Mortgage as
~ additional security for the Note:
~ 1. UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded September 30, 1986 in
~ Official Records Book 515, Page 2746 of the Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida.
