SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation
organized and eaisting under the laws of the United States of
America (the "Mortgagee") being the owner and holder of that
certain Mortgage eaecuted by SOUTHERN EAGLE DISTRIBUTING, INC.,
a Missouri corporation authorized to transact business in
Florida, to the Mortgagee dated June 26, 1989 and recorded on
June 29, 1989 in Official Records Book 643, Page 1993, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (the "Mortgage")
securing a certain promissory not~ in the original principal
amount of $136,000.00 (the "Note") and certain obligations
; contained in the Mortgage encumbering the following described

~ SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED NERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN

hereby acknowledges full payrr~ent and satisfaction of the Note
and Mortgage and surrenders the same as cancelled and hereby
E directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the same of

~ This Satisfaction of Mortgage also satisfies, releases,
~ terminates and discharges as a lien or encumberance against the
g above-described property the following documents which were
~ contemporaneously eaecut~d and recorded with the Mortgage as
~ additional security for the Note:
; 1. Collateral Rssignment of Leases, Rents and Profits
~ dated June 26, 1989 and recorded June 29, 1989 in Official
~ Records Book 643, Page 2001, of the Public Records of St. Lucie

County, Florida.
2. UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded June 29, 1989 in
Official Records Book 643, Page 2007 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
