curve, concave aasterly, havinq a radiua of 5983.58 feet and a
central angle of 23•41'41", along the westerly line o! said I-95
Riqht-of-Way and alonq the eaid westerly line ot ,the lands
described in the Order of Taking, dated July 24, 1979, the
following courses and distances:
thence southerly alonq the arc of said curve to the left, a
distance of 2474.52 feet, eaid are subtended by a chord
which bears South 06•56'28" East, a distance of 2456.92 feet
to the curve~e end; thence South 18'47'19" East, a distance
of 642.03 feet; thence North g9'SO'39" West alonq a line
parallel with the eaid Northerly line of the lands described in
the Special Warranty Deed to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company,
recorded in Official Record Book 477, at Paqes 560 throuqh 566,
inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, a
distance of 11,298.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
