National Bank of Jacksonville, Trustee, and, in connection
therewith, a Notice Under Marketable Record Titles to Real
Property Act, Florida Statutes, Chapter 712, dated December
26, 1973 was filed December 20, 1973 in Official Records
Book 222, Page 135, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, but such mortqaqes do not expand or enlarqe the
scope of the right~, easement~ and estates vested in Florida
Power and Light Company in and by virtue of the instruments
referred to above in this paragraph 5.

"Grantor", and D&M Zndian River Groves, as "Grantee", dated
Auqust 31, 1982 and recorded September 3, 1982 in Official
Records Book 383, Page 10~4, PubZic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
7. That cextain Easement Aqreement between Seller, as
"Grantor", and D&M Indian River Groves, as "Grantee", dated
March 3, 1983 and recorded March 9, 1983 in Official Records
Book 395, Page 1577, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
8. That certain North Joint Use and Maintenance Agreement
between A. Duda & Sons, Inc. and D&M Indian River Groves
dated August 31r 1982 and recorded September 3, 1982 in
Official Records Book 383, Page 1097, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
9. That certain Agreement to Amend, Relocate and Terminate
Easements between A. Duda & Sons, Inc. and D&M Indian River
Groves dated September 18, 1985 and recorded September 20,
1985 in Official Records Book 4T7, Page 473, Public Recards
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
