National Bank of Jacksonville, Trustee, and, in connection
therewith, a Notice Under Marketable Record Titles to Real
ProQerty Act, Florida Statutes, Chapter 712, dated December
26, 1973 was filed December 20, 1973 in Official Records
Book 222, Paqe 135, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, but such mortgaqes do not expand or enlarqe the
scope of the rights, easements and estates vested in Florida
Power and Light Company in and by virtue of the instruments
referred to above in this paragraph 5.

"Grantor", and D&M Indian River Groves, as "Grantee", dated E

8. That certain North Joint Use and Maintenance Agreement
