SpEG7AL• WARRANTY DEED
THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made as of the ~1~ day of
January, 1990, by HORIZdNS ST. LUCIE AS50CIATES, a Florida
partnership (hereinafter called the "Grantor"), to HORIZ~NS ST.
LUCIE GROVES ASSOCIATES, a Florida partnership, whose post office
address is 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, Suite 4$0, West Palm
Beach, Florida 33401 (hereinafter called the "Grantee"):
(Wherever used herein, the terms "Grantor"
and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the assigns and successors-in-
interest and title af partnerships and
corparations).
jd I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does
i grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm

~ unto the Grantee, an undivided one-half (I/2) interest in and to

~ that cert~ain real property (hereinafter called the "Land")

~ situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,

TOGETHER with all of the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining,

~ TO HAVE AND HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
~ AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that
~ Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
~
~ the Land; and hereby warrants to defend the title to the Land
~ against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or
under the Grantor but against no others. This conveyance is
subject to the lien for taxes for the year ending December 31,
1990 and to those matters anci things enumerated in Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, but this
