curva, concave sasterly, having a radius of 5983.58 faet nnd a
central angle ot 23•41'ai", alonq the westerly line o! safd I-95
Right-of-Way and alonq the said vesterly line ot ,the lands
described in the Order of Takinq, dated July 24, 1979, the
following courses end dietances:
thence southerly alonq the arc of said curve to the left, a
distance of 2474.52 feet, said are subtended by a chord
trhich bears South 06•56'28" East, a distance of 2456.92 feet
to the curve's end; thence South 16•47'19" East, ~ diBtance
of 642.03 feet; thence North 89'50'39" West along a line
parallel with the eaid Northerly line ot the lands described in
the Special Warranty Deed to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company,
recorded in Official Record Book 477, at Pages 560 thraugh 566,
inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucis County, Florida, a
distance of 11,2~8.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
