National Bank of Jacksonville, Trustee, and, in connection
therewith, a Notice Under Marketable Record Titles to Real
Property Act, Florida Statutes, Chapter ?12, dated December
26, 1973 was filed December 20, 19?3 in Official Records
Book 222, Page 135, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, but such mortgages do not expand or enlarge the
scope of the riqhts, easements and estates vested in Florida '
Power and Light Company in nnd by virtue of the instruments
referred to above in this paragraph 5.
