SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, made as of the~~~~day of ~

W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten DoZlars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these gresents does

; unto the Grantee, an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to

attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,

convey the Land; and hereby warrar.ts the title to the Land and
will defend the same against the lawful c].aims of all persons
claiming by, through or under the Grantor but against no others.
This conveyance is subject to the lien for taxes for the year
