therewith, ~ Notice Under Merketable Record Titles to Real
Property Act, Florida Statutes, Chapter 712, dated December
26, 1973 was filed December 20, 1973 in Official Records
Book 222, Paqe 135, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, but euch mortgages do not expand or enlarqe the
scope of the riqhts, easemente and estates vested in Florida
Power and Liqht Company in and by virtue of the instruments
referred to above in this paragraph 5.
