south, Range 39 east, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGZN at the intersection of the centerline of Gatlin Boulevard
(also being the north line of Section 15) and the westerly limits
of Gatlin Boulevard Right-of-Way, as shown on the Florida
Department of Transportation Riqht-of-Way maps for State Road #9
(I-95), Section 94001-2412, dated 6/2/77, with last revision of
