BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, personally
appeared JOHN K. QUILLEN, hereafter referred to as "Affiant,"
who, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. He is a registered land surveyor in the State of
Florida (No. 3267).
2. He prepared and certified that certain Plat of
TROPICAL EAST, recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 12 and 12A, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. The pa?-ty wall lines dividing Lots 3 and 4, 51 and 52,
57 and 58, 81 and 82, and 83 and 84 are typical representations
~ and apply in a uniform manner to each pair of lots depicted on
said Plat such that each lot is uniform as to size and shape as
depicted in the Plat of said Lots 3 and 4, 51 and 52, 57 and
58, $1 and 82, and 83 ar.d 84.
