w having reviewed the pleadings and evidence, and being otherwise fully .
`G advised in the premises, the Court does hereby find that the

~ Petitioner, JOHN W. HART, is a fit and proper person to adopt the
~ mimor child named in his petition; that the best interests of the
~ minor child will be promoted by this adoption; and that the child is

R suitable for adoption by said Petitioner. It is therefore, upon
