FARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTOAGE T i

WHEREAS, FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK, a National Banking Association,
(hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee"), is the owner and holder
of a certain Mortgage and Security Agreement (hereinafter referred
to as "Mortgage"), dated July 15, 1988, and recorded July 20, 1988,
in Official Records Book 595, Page 1827, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the above referenced Mortgage was executed by Harbour
Ridge, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership, as Mortgagor,
(hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor"); and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being a part of the mortgaged
Fremises, from the lien and operation of the Mortgage.
Now, THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises
and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by Mortgagor at the time
of execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quitclaim, exnnerate and discharge from the
~ien and ~g~ration of th~ 14ortgage, tre land and i~:prove~en*s to
the extent that it is part of the property encumbered by the _
' Mortgage described as:

~ UNIT 19, BUTTONBUSH VILLAGE, HARBOUR RIDGE PLAT NO. 13,
according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 3 to 3H.
; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, to the

~ Mortgagor freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of
~ the Mortgage, and every part thereof to the extent that it is a

~ part of the property encumbered by the Mortgage, provided, that
