3. After consideration of the testimony presented during
the December 13, i989 ~u~~ i ~ hearing in~~;:di :g Staff c~rsim~nz.s and
the standards for granting variances set out in Saction 5.5.200
of the St. Lucie County Zonf ng Ordinance, the Board of Adjustment
has made the following findinga of fact:

~ conditions, but rather the petitioners' desire to

s replace his existing travel trailer with a larger

P travel trailer. In order to accommodate ti?e new travel

~ trailer the patitioner would have to relocate the
existing scree~ room to a new location lacking 3 feet
of the required 10 foot front yard setback.

~ make possible the reasonable use of the land, buildings

~ or structuree, in that it is possible to place the
proposed travel trailer and a smaller screen room on
this parcel without disregarding the front, side, or
rear setbacks. It is also possible to place the
existing screen rQOm and a travel trailer smaller than
s the proposed model on this lot without requiring a
