The request for variance doea not appear to be based on ~ ~ ~ unnecessary hardship or unique topographical t ~ conditions, but rather the petitioners' desire to E ~ s replace his existing travel trailer with a larger F : P travel trailer. In order to accommodate ti?e new travel ~ ~ trailer the patitioner would have to relocate the existing scree~ room to a new location lacking 3 feet of the required 10 foot front yard setback. Thf~ variance requested is not the minimum necessary to ~ ~ make possible the reasonable use of the land, buildings ~ ~ s ~ or structuree, in that it is possible to place the proposed travel trailer and a smaller screen room on this parcel without disregarding the front, side, or rear setbacks.
