ORDINANCE 89-139
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY 0~ PORT ST. LUCIE HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. That the described property known as the
Sharrett Development Area, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A", be rezoned from the Zoninq Classifications established by
City of Port St. Lucie Ordinance 81-18 and consistent with the
proposed development uses as shown by Zoning Map H-9 submitted
with the application for development approval to the new Zoning
Classification GU (General Use Zoninq District).
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10)
'E days after its final adoption. ~
