THREE HUNDRED FOUR AND 73/100 DOLLARS ($988,304.73) (the

WHEREAS, the Note is secured by that certain Mortgage given ~

by Mortgagor to Mortgagee dated May 31, 1984, and recorded on ~
May 31, 1984 in Official Record Book 433, Page 1683, as amended ~

! by Mortgage Modification Agreement dated Nove[nber 21, 1984 and

! recorded November 26, 1984 in O€ficial Record Book 448, Page ,

i 2766, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

(collectively, the "Mortgage") encumbering the lands and

~ properties described in the Mortgage (the "Property"); and
