7. This Agreement, the Mortgage and the documents referred ~
to thereiri may not b~ rnodified, amended, changed or t2rminated
orally, but only by an agreement in writing executed by
Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
8. All terms, covenants and conditions of the Mortgage j
and Note not expressly modified by the terms hereof are

9. This Agreernent shall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of Mortgagor and Mortgagee and their respective !
successors and permitted assigns.
10. This Agreement may be executed in any number of

duplicate originals and each such duplicate original shall be
deemed to constitute but one and the same instrument.
11. If any term, covenant or condition of this Agreement
shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any
respect, this Agreement sha21 be construed without such
provision.
12. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in ;

accordance with the law~ of the State of Florida. The
; undersigned expressiy submits to the jurisdiction of all courts

~ located in the State of Florida and consents that any process

E and notice of motion or other application to any of said courts
or a judge thereof may be served upon the undersigned within or

~ without such court's jurisaiction by registered mail or by

~ personal service, provided a reasonable time for appearance is

` 13. Mortgagor agrees from time to time, ~as may be required

~ by the Mortgagee, to execute and deliver such further

~ instruments and documents and do a~l matters and things which

may be convenient or necessary to more effectively and
completely carry out the intention of this Agreement.
14. Mortgagor represents and warrants that the Property is
; not now and never has been the homPstead of Mortyagor.
