19. Accele~ation; Remedies. [.ender shall give notice to Bor~ower prior to acceteratiun lollov?ing l3orrower's
breach of any covengnt or agreement in this Security Instrument (but not prior to acceieratio~ under paragraphs 13 and l7
unless applicable law provides otherwise). The notice shall specify: (a) the default; lb) the actian required to cure the
default; lc) s dAte, nut tess tfian 30 days from the date the notice is given to Borrower. by which the default must be cured;
and (d) that f~ilure to cure the de[sult oa or before the date specified in the noteee may result in acceleration oi the sums
