WITNESSETH, that the said Party of the First P~rt, for and in

Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever, the following describsd

UNIT 13, SWEETBAY VILLAGE, HARBOUR RIDGE PLAT NO. 8, according
to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, recorded
in Plat Book 26, Pages 6 through 6E.
' SUBJ~CT, HOWEVER, to all of the terms, conditions and
i provisions of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for
! Harbour Ridge as set forth in Official Records Book 434, Page
! 2913, Public Records of St, Lucie County, FZorida, including
the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Harbour Ridge
Property Owners Association, club membership and resale
, provisions; and the Party of the Second Part assumes and agrees
to observe and to perform his obligations under the
` Declaration.
