20. Lender in Po~ioa. Upon acc~leration under parsgraph 19 or abandonment of the Property, Lender (by
judicially appointod receiver) shall be entitled to enter upon, take possescion of and manage the Property and to collect the
rents of the Property incfuding those pasi due. Any rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be apptied first to

21. Release. Upon paysnent of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, l.ender shall release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any rxordation costs.
22. Attoraeys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall inctude any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
23. Riders to this Seeur~ty'Instrument. If one or more riders are ezecuted by Borrower and recorded together with
this Security Instcument, the covenants and agreemenis of each such rider shall be incorporated into and shall amend and
