MURTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT, hereinafter referred to
as the "Agreement", is made and entered into this 22nd day of January, 1990, by
and between Patricia Gail Good, an unmarried w~oman, hereinafter referred to as
the "Borrower", and Che FIRST gANK OF INDIANTOWN, hereinafter referred to as the
"Bank".
THAT WHEREAS, the Original Borrower Patricia Gail Good by a certain
promissory note, hereinafter referred to as the "Note", execu[ed on December 19,
198$, was indeb[ed to the Bank in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED
THIRTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($132,500.00), which is secured by a
mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 795, Pages 798 and 799, Public Records
of Martin County, Florida and recorded in Official Record Book 616, pages 593
and 595, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHERE~S, to secure the loan evidenced by the Note, the Original Borrower
executed a Mortgage Deed, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgage", to the Bank
dated December 19, 1988 and re~orded on January 11, 1989, with the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for Martin County, Florida, in Official Records Book 795,
at page 793, and recorded on December 2l, 1988 with the Clerk of The Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida in Official Record Boak 616, page
~ 589, which Mortgage encumbered the following described real property located in
Martin County and St. Luci2 County, F~orida, to-wit:

~ WHEREAS, on this date a loan extension agreement is entered into by [he
