thaC, upon the execution hereof by both the parties hereto, the
original Note, wi[h the remaining balance due thereon of $68,624.70
and mortgage shall be paid in accordance with the terms provided
therein witY~ the exception of the one year extension from Aecember 19,
19$9 to December 19, 1990 at an interest rate of 12~.
2. That in all other aspects the Mortgage hereinabove described shall
remain in full force and effect and the Original Note shall continue
to be secured by said Mortgage in the amount of the outstanding
balance, and
3. That the provisions of said Mortgage are hereby ratified and

4. lhat the provisions of the Original No[e shall govern the
conditions and obligations of the parties with respect to the existing
loan, the proceeds of which the Borrower hereby acknuwledges receipt
concurrent with the execution of the original Note.
S. That the execution of this Agreement does net and shall not
constitute a waiver of the right of the Bank to accelerate the loan
evidenced by this Agreement and secured by the Mortgage in the event
the Borrower/Mortgagor shall be in default of the terms thereof at a
date subesequent ta the execution hereto, and
6. That this Agreement shall be binding on the parties hereto, their
heirs, personal representatives, successors and pe~iCted assignes.
7. Payments of interest only payable monthly commencing January 19,
1990 together with a final balloon payment of $68,624.70 due on
December 19, 1490. The dollar amount the credit will cost you in
finance charge will be $8,234.96. The cost of your credit as a yearly
rate APR 12%.
