THIS CAUSE having come on to be Ylgard.upon the complaint for
damages filed by the Plaintiff herein and a default having been
~ entered against the Defendants for their failure to file any

~ responsive pleading to the complaint filed herein, and the Court
~

~ having otherwise been advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff does have and
~ recover a Final Judgment against the Defendants, EARL W. SEUBERTH
~ and EVELYN SEUBERTH, jointly and severally, in the principal sum
~
~
~ of $3,531.15, interest of $ 545.30 ,$79.50 as court costs and
~
~ $400.00 as attorney's fees, for a total sum of $ 4,555.95 , for
r
all of which let execution issue.
