The above entitled action having ~c~me before this Court, and
Defendant(s), HENRY V. CLIFTON AND BETTY J. CLIFTON havinq stipulated
to the entry of this Final Judgment, and this Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff shall ~-idv~ a,-,ci r~c~ver irom ueiendant(s)~ HENRY V.
CLIFTON AND BETTY J. CLIFTON, jointly and severally, damages in the
amount of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Dollars and ~ixty-Eight
Cents ($2,960.68), plus interest in the amount of Three Hundred
Seventeen Dollars and Twenty Cents ($317.20), plus Court costs in the
amount of Seventy-Nine Dollars and Fifty Cents ($79.50), plus
attorneys' fees in the amount of Four Hundred Forty-Four pollars and
Ten Cents ($444.10), for a total amount of Three Thousand Eight
Hundr.ed One Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($3,801.48), all for which
let execution immediately issue. This Judgment shall bear interest at
the rate of Twelve Percent (12$) per annum, until paid in full.
