WITNBSSST~, Bank is the owner and holder of a Promissory Note from Mortgagor to Bank dated Navember 10, 1988 in the oriqinal principal amount of TWO HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED and NO/CENTS ($295,700.00) DOLLARS, which is secured by a Mortgage upon the property hereinbelow described which Mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 611, Page 444 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and WI~REAS, said Mortgage is a valid first lien upon all of that certain lot, parcel or section of land, lying in St. Lucie County, F'lorida described as follows: Lot 1-1, Block 4, of PARCEL 28, Prima Vista Boulevard, as shown on Plat Number 1 of ST. LUCIE WEST, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 8 and BA through 8G of the Pu61ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less and excepting the northerty 22.67 feet thereof. 1lfore particu/arly described as follows: ~ Begin at the No~thwesterly corner of said Lot I-1; Thence run South 8l ~ degrees 26'09" E along rhe Northerly line of said 1-1 o distance of 350.00 feet ~ to the Northeasterly co~ner of said Lot I-1, at an intersection with the k Westerly right-of-way line of N.W. Book 649, Page 1903, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and WHEREAS, Bank, upon the further request of the Mortgagor, has agreed to another modification and extension of the terms and maturity af the aforesaid Renewal Promissory Note and Mortgage.
