HomeMy WebLinkAbout2349 modify and extend the terms of the aforesaid Promissory Note, and in further E consideration of the sum of Ten and No/Cents ($10.00) Dollars and other good ~ and valuable considerations to each of the undersigned paid by the other, receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and ~ agree as follows: FIRST: That the above described Mortqage shall continue to be a valid first Mortqage lien upon the property herein described and said Mortgage shall stand as security for the payment of the sums described hereinafter and I' in said Mortgage. 1 SBCOND: The current principal balance as of December 10, 1989 is $295,700.00. THIRD: That the Renewal Promissory Note dated May 10, 1989 is hereby extended to provide for a maturity date of March 10, 1990. Payments of ~ monthly interest upon the outstanding principal sum shall be paid upon the lOth day of each month thereafter until maturity. FOiTRTH: All of the terms and conditions contained in said Promissory Note and Mortgage being modified only as expressly provided herein.
