and FLORID~ NATIONAL BANR, a National Banking Association, its successors
andlor assigns, hereinafter referred to as "Bank".
h1ITNESSBTH, Bank is the owner and holder of a Promissory Note from
Mortgagor to Bank dated September 29, 1987 in the oriqinal principal amount
of THREE HUNDRED EIGHT$EN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NOICENTS ($318,500.00)
DOLLARS, which is secured by a Mortgaqe upon the property hereinbelow
described which Mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 559, Page 685, of the

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
i~REAS, said Mortgage is a valid first lien upon all of that certain
lot, parcel or section of land, lying in St. Lucie County, Florida described
' as follows:

~ ~REAS, Bank and Borrower have previously agreed to a modification and
~ ~xtension of the terms and maturity of the aforesaid Promissory Note and

~ Martgage all as set forth by Mortgage Extension Agreement dated SepteYnber 29,
~
~
~ 1989, recorded in O.R. Book 666, Page 1449 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida; and
~ F1~REAS, Bank, upon the further request of the Mortgagor, has agreed to
~
~ another modification and extension of the terms and maturity of the aforesaid
~
€ Promissory Note and Mortgage.

g N~I, THEREFORE, far and in consideration of the agreement of Hank to
~
~ modify and extend the terms of the aforesaid Promissory Note, and in further

~ consideration of the sum of Ten and No/Cents ($10.00) Dollars and other good
and valuable considerations to each of the undersigned paid by the other,
receipt and sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and
~gree as follows:
