The term "attorney's tc:es" as used ~n this Mortgage ~nciudes any and all legai fees of whatever nature including, but not I~m~ted to, fees resuiUng from any appeal of any ~~terlocutory order or f~na! ~udgment or any other x appeuate proceeding ans,ng out of any lit~gabon. - 18. Future Advances.
