19, Acceleration; Remedies. Lender shall give notice to Borrower p~ior to accele~ation following SorroMer's

Instrument without charge to Boreower. Borrower sha11 pay any recordation costs. I
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include any attorneys' ~
fees awarded by an appellate court. ;
