Lender shall give notice to Borrower p~ior to accele~ation following SorroMer's breach of any corenant o~ agrtement in this Security Instrument (bvt not prior toacceleratio~ under paragraphs 13 and 17 ~ ~ unless applicable law provides otherwise).
