~ State of Florida for more than six months prior to filing the

e Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court further finding

~ that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and

~ further finds the parties, after advise of their own counsel, have

entered into a Pr4perty Settlem~nt Rgreemznt, and being otheYwise
fully advised in the premises, it is

1. JURISDICTION. This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
