a full and complete dissolution of marriage, a vinculo matr~manii,
of and from one another and that the bonds of matrimony existing
between the Petitioner, W. THOMAS WACKEEN, and the Respondent, ANNE
MARY WACKEEN, be and the same are hereby dissolved, and that the
parties and each for them is hereby freed from the obligation T

thereof. ~
3. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The parties hereto have
_
entered into a Marital and Property Settlement Agreement disposing
of a11 matters, including but not limited to, lump-sum support, ;
alimony, the disposition of real property and personal property,
disposition of marital debts; and, this Marital and Property `
Settlement Agreement, marked as Husband's Exhibit "A", is hereby _
incorporated inta and made a part of this Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage for all purposes and shall in alI respects
survive said Judgment. Husband and Wife shall comply with the
terms and conditions of Exhibit "A°/; the parties shall execute the
necessary and appropriate documents to transfer and rollover the
Wife's IRA accaunts to the Husbands IRA accounts.
4. This Court retains jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter for enforcement of the terms and conditions of the Agreement
or to enter such further orders as are necessary to effectuate the
transfer of the IRA accounts.
