MARY ~~'A~KEEN, Wife. Both parties, by the siqning of this
Agreeme^t, signify their understanding of and agreement to
comply -~-it'~ the terms and conditions of this Agreemen~.
W I T N E S S E T H:
The narties are Husband and Wife. They were married on
July 7, 1979. There have been no children born of the
marriac^; no issue is contemplated. In consequence of
disputes and irreconcilable differences, the parties have
separa~~d and are now living apart. They desire to settle
their r~_spective property rights and support provisions far
the Wi`^.
TYE?.~FORE, the parties agree:

~O ` 1. ~~'PARATION. The parties at all times hereafter shall
~ W~ have th~~ right to live separate and apart, free from inter-

~ w Z ference by each other. Each party may reside at the place

indirec~, by the other, as fully as if he or she were single

~ ~ 2. ~ECONCILIATION: The parties recognize the possibil-

~ ity ~_f reconciliation between them. If a reconciliation

~ takes p,.ace and a subsequent rupture of the marital re? ation-

~ ship oc~~ars, this Agreement shall remain in full force and

~ effect ~~d be binding on both parties.
3. SETTLEMENT. The parties h~ve been advised of the
litiqat_on alternatives to settlement. They have decided.to
~ resolve :~atters of property division, allocation of liabili-
~
~ ties, ~:::pport, and re~ated matters in lieu of a court
