A. The Wife acknowledges that she is repr~sen~ed
by coun~-~l, JAMES ROSE, ESQUIRE, of Rose and Rose, P.A., and
has bee~ fully advised concerning her riqhts and obligations
and the '~erms of this Agreement. The Wife further acknowl-
edges t;.zt the Husband has disclosed to her the amount and

nature of his assets and liabilities and has represented to
her the ~mount of his present incom~, all of which represen-
tatior.s, the Wife has reZied upon.
B. The Husband acknowledges that he is represented
by coun~sl, JAY HUNSTON, ESQUIRE, and has been fully advised
concer:~_ng his rights and obligations and the terms of this
Agreemer~. The Husband further acknowledges that the Wife
has dis~~osed to him the amount and nature of her assets and
~ liabil~~-.ies and has represented to him the amount of her
presen'~ ,~ncome, all of which representations, the Husband has ~
