(2) The Wife sha21 be entitled to exclusive
possess_~n of the marital residence upon thirty days notice
to the Liusband, or upon the Husband's voluntary relinquish~

harmle~s for any liability for the line of credit secured by
the secrnd mortqage, and the Wife shall not be entitled to
use t'.:~ line of credit except with the Husband's prior

first r~rtgage held by Treasure Coast Federal Bank on the
marital ho:ne, and shall hold the Husband harmless far the
same. `~:ze Wife shall maintain the mortgage in current status '
incyud~~:g principal, interest, real estate taxes after
Ja:~uary i, 1990, and insurance. The Wife represents she has
made a~•-ropriate arrangements to maintain the mortgage in
currer~'~ status until she chooses to seli the property. The
Husband shall be entitled to claim the first mortgage
interes= on the marital home until the Wife's exclusive
