Los Aba~atos, owned by the Husband in partnership with Jane
L. Cornntt and Howard E. Googe. The Husband shall hold the
Wife har~less for any debts or Iiabi2ities associated with

b. ?FRSONAL PROPERTY : The parties agree to the following
divisic_,. of tangible personal property:
A. The Wife shall be ~ntitled to all the furniture
and fur~ishings located in the marital home as of December _
13, 19F'? except as the parties may otherwise mutually agree.
B. The Wife shall be entitled to the 1986 Dodge

Dayton~ as her whole and separate property. ~

C. The Wife shall be entitled to all her personal
possess:ons, included but not limited to jewelry, artifacts,

D. The Husband shall be entitled to the furniture
and fur°.ishings Iocated in his domicile as of December 13,
1989.
E. The Husband shall be entitled to the 1987 Dodge
Van G~_a ~he 1985 Wellcraft boat; the Husband shall ~e
respons~_`~le far all liens and encum5rances for the boat and
van and shall hold the Wife harmless for the same.
F. The Husband shall be ertitled to his personal
Fossess~_ons currently locateci in t?ne rr~ai-ital home includinct
his tocls, fishing equipment, and miscellaneous booics,
persona'_ effects and other items. The parties agree that the
husband :~ay leave these possessions in the marital hom~ until
its sai~ or until his purchase of a residence or upan mutual
agreeme:;t of the parties.
