A. The Husband shall be entitled to his IRA accounts
and his account shall be free from any claim by the Wife.
The Wife shall immediately transfer her IRA accounts to the
Husband. or the sum of $20,000.00 to the Husband, at his i
option.
B. The Wife agrees to waive any claim that she may
have to ~he husband's office pension plan in the approximate }

C. The parties currently hold 1,000 shares of ~

Treasur~ Coast Federal Savings Bank stock which are encum- ~
bered a loan to lst American Bank. The wife agrees to ~
release all of her riqht, title and interest in the stock to ~

the Hu~'~and, and the Husband shall be responsible for all ~
