G. The parties have no other current debts and '

for its payment and shall hold the other harmless from any

11. HUSBAND'S LAW PRACTICE: The wife waives any claim
which c~':e may have as to the husband's law practice, his
interes', in Wackeen, Cornett & Googe, P.A., Los Abogatos, a
E partne~-: hip, and ~heir assets and income. The Husband agrees

i to holc? the wife harmless for any liabilities and debts
associ~:~~ed with said ventures.

~ 12. HUSBAND'S MILITARY PENSIOP~: The parties acknowledge

j that husband has a contingent military pension in the

~ event ~-,at he survives to the age of 59 1/2. The wife
~
~ releas~:~ all claims to said pension except that the husband
~ agrees ~o Maintain the wife under the survivor benefit plan,

as pro:•~ded by the plan, until a dissolution of marriage

~ betweer_ the parties.

~ 1~. ATTORNEYS' FEES. Each of the parties shall be

~ responC~ble for their own attorneys' fees regarding legal

F advice, negotiation and preparation of the marital settlement

~ agreeme~t and dissolution of marriage.
14. DISSOLUTIC3N OF MARRIAGE. In the event that Final
Judgme-:~ of Dissolution of Marriage is entered as a result
of any _udicial action undertaken by either party hereto, it
