15. COVENANT AGAINST CHARGING CREDIT OF OTHERS. The

16. EXECUTION OF FURTHER INSTRUMENTS UPON DEMAND. Each
of the "~rties hereta shall execute, acknowledge and deliver

be reas~nably required for the purpose of giving full force
and eff,ct to this Agreement and the covenants, conditions
and pr~-~~sions thereof.
17. SPECIFIC COVENANT FOR RELEASE OF ELECTIVE SHARE.
