FINAL JUDGMENT
OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having been heard before the Coiirt, and the~eourt
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~~fd
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
~ subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
~ wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
~ between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
~ dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORD~RED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~
~ 1. The bond of marriage between VERNON C. FORD and BYRB C.
~ FORD is dissolved.

2. The MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT between the parties
' dated October 3, 1989, introduced into evidence and marked as
; Exhibit #1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure, and
is for the best interests of the parties, and it is approved and
incorporated in this FINAL JUDGMENT by reference, and the parties
are ordered to comply with it.
3. Except for the granting of the dissolution of marriage,
