HomeMy WebLinkAbout2580 11. SEPARATION. From this date the parties shall continue to live apart from each other. Each party shall be free from the control and authority of the other. Each party may engage in any business or employm~nt for his or her separate benefit. Neither party shall molest, harass or interfere with the other in any way. 12. MARITAL DEBTS. There are no joint outstanding household bills incurred by the parties during the marriage. ' 13. DISSOLUTION. A proceeding to dissolve the marriage between the parties is filed in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit ~ in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, Case #86-780-FR-O1. The parties aqree that a final judgment of dissolution i E i of marriage shall not be entered until after January 1, 1990, and ~ only after the husband has, in fact, applied for and begun to ~ ~ actually receive his social security benefits. y : ~ 14. RECONCILIATION. The parties recognize the ~ ~ possibility of a reconciliatian between them. Zf a ~ ~ reconciliation takes place and a subsequent rupture of the ~ marital relationship occurs, this agreement shall remain in ~ a ~ ' ~ effect. ~ 15. TAX LIABILITY (PERSONAL). The parties have filed ~ joint personal federal income tax returns during the marital i I relationship.
