17. SET OFF. If either party pays a claim or demand
that should be paid by the other under this agreement or by law, f

the party making the payment may deduct the amount properly paid
from any amounts due or to become due under this agreement or
j otherwise. This right to set off is cumulative to any rights
j given by this agreement or by law.

! 18. NOTICES. All notices under this agreement shall be

~ in writing and shall be given to husband and wife at the ~

z addresses shown on the attached schedule. Notices ~hall be

~ delivered to the recipient or rnailed, certified or registered '

~ mail, return receipt requested, with sufficient postage to reach ~

~ the destination. The place where notice is given under this '

~ paragraph may be changed from time to time by the party entitled '

~ to receive it in the same manner that notice is given. Notice '

~ given before a change is not invalidated by the change.
19. EXHIBITS. The schedule attached to this agreement
and any exhibits or addenda are incorporated in this agreement
whether reference to this by apt language is made or not and if
x not actually attached, so long as they have been signed or

~ initialed by the parties. Reference to "this aqreement" includes
