parned after October 2, 1989, if any) out of the wife's proceeds
from the settlement of her claim against the federal government
in Case #85-482-CIV-T-lOA, United States District Court, Middle
District of Florida, Tampa Division, received as a result of
Judgment entered based upon said settlem~nt on April 25, 1988, in
said case.
b. The wife shall own free from any claim of tYie
husband the balance of the proceeds from her above mentioned
settlement.
c. The wife shall receive 100s of the husband's
interest .in Ford Airplane Co., Inc., including all shareholder ~
loans to that corporation, by transfer to her of all of his stock
and by assignment to the wife of any shareholder loans owed by
the corporation to the husband, if any.
d. The wife shall, upon receipt of the ownership of
the husband's above mentioned stock, indemnify the husband and
hold him harmless and pay on his behalf when due any tax
incurred, if any, as a result of the proceeds she received `

wife reserves the right to contest any tax that may be so
assessed, at her own expense. The husband agrees to cooperate in
any e~jection, contest, or defense the wife may, at her option, ~

make to the imposition of any tax liability on account of her '
above mPntioned settlement whether it be a corporate or personal
