f. All property presently in each parties'
possession or under his/her control at the execution of this
agreement shall be his/her exclusive property.
g. The husband assigns to the wife all rights that
he may have against his mother, VIOLP, FORD, for a share of the
proceeds VIOLA FORD received as a result of her (VIOLA's) .
settlement of her claim against the federal government in Case
#86-482-CIV-T-lOA, United States District Court, Middle District ~
of Florida, Tampa Division, received as a result of Judgment
~j entered based upon said settlement on Apri1 25, 1988.
24. RELEASE OF ESCROW AGENT. The parties hereby release
~ RUSSELL 3. FERRARO, JR., and the law firm of McMANUS, STEWART,
i
! FERRARO & SCHWARZ, P.A., from any liability and responsibility
with regard to funds held pursuant to Order of the Circuit Court
~ dated August 16, 1988, in Case #86-780-FR-Ol, and hereby directs
r
i said Escrow Agent to disburse at the execution of this agreement,
~
r
~ pursuant to paragraph 1 of the parties' STIPULATION dated August
~
8, 1988, the sum of $21,000.00 (plus the interest actually earned

~ on said amount after October 2, ~989) to the husband and his '
f attorney and the remaining balance to the wife and her attorney.
Each party ackncwledges that they have been provided with a full
accounting of all sums received by the Escrow Agent pursuant to
the above mentioned STIFULATION and Order of Court, as well as
all disbursements made therefrom and riereby agree to the

correctness of said accounting.
