SCHEDULE TO MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT !
1. The wife shall have exclusive ownership of the
following property: '
~a) Her personal effects, jewelry and clothing.
(b) All motor vehicles (except for the 1978
Chevrolet mentioned below, which shall belong
to the husband), including, but not limited to,
the 1967 Mercury Monterey, the 1960 Ford
Fairlane automobile, the Chevrolet fuel truck,
and the 1970 Chevrolet pickup.
(c) All property titled in her sole name or in her
possession, including bank and/or stock
accounts.
I 2. The husband shall have exclusive ownership of the
; following property:
; (a) His gersonal effects, jewelry and clothing.
; (b) The 1978 Chevrolet.
